Group Therapy

Loss is a universal experience, yet the grieving process is deeply personal and varies greatly from one person to another. It can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, alone, and misunderstood. At Grace & Growth Psychotherapy Services, I understand the uniqueness of each individual’s grief journey. I offer a safe and supportive space to help clients adapt to their loss and adjust to their new reality.

Whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, coping with non-death grief such as the end of a relationship, a career change, or a life transition, or experiencing disenfranchised grief that may not always be recognized or validated by society, you are welcome here.

Who We Are

Who we help

A young woman with curly dark hair sits on a light-colored couch in a bright, modern living room. She is wearing a loose, light-colored top and white pants, with a pendant necklace. Her hands are clasped in her lap, and she has a thoughtful, attentive expression as she looks slightly to the side, suggesting she is engaged in conversation. Soft natural light fills the room, with blurred greenery in the background.

A smiling man and a woman holding a clipboard are in focus, having an open conversation, while others in the background listen and smile. Click to learn more about our group therapy sessions.

Why you should consider us?

Therapy offers a gentle space where you can process these emotions without judgment.

It’s a place to talk openly about what you’re going through and explore the many layers of your loss whether it’s sadness, anger, confusion, or even moments of numbness. A therapist can help you find ways to honor your feelings, navigate the changes in your life, and gradually rediscover a sense of balance and peace.

You don’t have to face this alone. Therapy can provide support, understanding, and tools to help you heal at your own pace. It’s not about “getting over it” but about learning how to carry your loss/grief in a way that feels more manageable, while still cherishing the memories and connections that matter most.
